The idea of videotaping a professor when teaching is great for me. Not only because you can get feedback and learn from mistakes but it makes you to grow professionally and as a person
Also, we will be able to identify our strengths and weaknesses of the lesson that has been videotaped. By doing that we can realise what we can change and/or improve from our lessons.

Franchiny- we receive feedback not feedbacks. It is a collective noun and do not add an s to make it plural.
